Relationships between teachers and school play the most basic and important relationships in the school education. Good relationships between teachers and students is the most basic and important relationship in the school life, which is the core in the process of many. Teachers and students emphasize the traditional concept of "Dignity", who excessive emphasis on the authority of teachers. And the teacher-student communication patterns, which is "controlling-to-obeying", is extremely respected in the school education, and emphasis on students'absolute obedience as the highest Code of Conduction. Years of education and teaching practice proved that the concept of traditional education model under the Student Association has created a serious weakening of the autonomy of the students, deprived the students of the enterprise and impeded the student's self-confidence, which is ledding to students'resentment and the resistance to teachers, so that relations between teachers and students are often in a state of conflict and confrontation, the normal teaching activities are in the serious disturbance and school education is not conducive to the realization of education function and social function.This study used qualitative research and quantitative research method of combining. Junior B through E town field work, through observation, and school leaders, teachers, students and non-structured interview survey found that:First, more common in rural junior high school teachers and students of conflict, teachers and students have different feelings, teachers and students, and sensitive perception of conflict far more than students.Second, the major conflict between teachers and students are real conflicts, but because of their inner teacher may have "grievances" and to vent their dissatisfaction with the students as a "scapegoat." Therefore, the non-reality of a certain proportion of the conflict.Third, between teachers and students there is a big psychological distance, the lack of exchange of ideas each other, resulting in feelings of alienation and apathy among students and teachers.Fourth, teacher-student conflict, negative impact on the minds of teachers is particularly acute, teachers have regretted that because they had chosen teachers as their career.Last, teachers and students have an ideal teacher-student relationship but real teacher-student relationship is very different. The questionnaire showed that teachers and students of the school and are not satisfied with the current teacher-student relationship, teachers are particularly dissatisfied with the current teacher-student relationship.On the surface, conflict between teachers and students is due to strict management of teachers, in fact, the basic causes of conflict lies in the decline of teacher authority. Ledding to the decline is mainly due to the authority of teachers and people's thinking is undergoing major changes, required the authority of teachers from the "traditional authority" to "appeal authority" conversion, while middle school teachers in rural is still too much reliance on traditional authority to discipline students, which is ledding to resentment and resistance of students; In the same time, knowledge and information dissemination is also weakening the authority of teacher knowledge, teacher knowledge in many is often not ahead the students and even the behind the students; the media over rendering even demonized transition problems between teachers and students, but also the prestige of teachers had a negative impact to the authority of teachers, halo further damaged. The management of the school system and the tendency to further studies and test scores for the assessment center approach exacerbated the conflict between teachers and students. More importantly, rural migrant workers, as parents, resulting in the absence of family education students and the resulting transfer of responsibility, lack of supervision of the behavior of students and develop bad personal habits, increased conflicts of school teachers and students.Therefore, this study proposes the following recommendations for teachers and students of conflict:First, teachers should understand the real "safety valve" mechanism, to address teacher-student conflict. Occasional release of student can be both temporary "hostile" emotions, teachers and students can avoid the more intense conflicts.Second, changing authority of teachers and building new teachers'authority. Command-control style of teacher authority have leded to frequent teacher-student conflicts; Therefore, teachers should persist in their character, talent, knowledge and emotional so that teachers can influent the students and build a new authority.Third, strengthening communication between students and teachers so as to resolve conflicts. Teachers and students in the process of communication, communication self-position from the position should shift the position to students to learn empathy, perspective students standing problem to deal with things. Effectively shorten the psychological distance, reducing the probability of the outbreak of teacher-student conflict.Fourth, understanding of student sub-culture and integration of cultural differences. Junior high school teachers need to sub-cultural characteristics of this group to study, understand their characteristics, as far as possible to understand, appreciate and accept students of Asian culture, teacher-student communication to sweep obstacles.In addition, teachers should understand the psychology students, guide students'thinking and students should have self-discipline, self-management capacity; In the same time, we should take sincere and equal manner, communication with parents to strengthen home-school co-education students in order to avoiding division Health and conflict.
