Senior high school life has great significance to teenagers' lives.Communication between teachers and students continue through out the school life,which makes great importance to class management and the development of students.We have to pay more attention to dealing with the teacher-student relationship as well as the new requirements and challenges put forward.Therefore,in-depth study on the teacher-students communication during class management,correctly dealing with the teacher-students communication can make good impact on improving the relationship between teachers and students,promoting the development of the students as well as enhancing the class cohesion and independent management ability.Meanwhile,using qualitative research methods to study the teacher-student association in class management,which is under the specific situation,is the development trend of education research methodology as well.Based on research of the teacher-student communication during class management,I carried out a qualitative study.When teachers communicate with students,as well as take appropriate measures to supervise the class,which is including all the aspects of students'school lives.Furthermore,this paper takes a senior school class as a case study—G senior high school in Wuhan.From daily class management and students' development in mind,Using qualitative research methods Combined with literature research,questionnaire,interview method,observation method,and the methods of case study to explore the present situation and find out the impact of the interaction between teachers and students in their daily communication then put forward the corresponding suggestion.It is argued in this paper that in the daily management of L class,the content of the communication between the teachers and students is mainly composed of students' learning events,positive affect will take place when the teachers care about their students and stay in constant contact with them,which will also improve the relationship between teachers and students.In addition,students can improve the ability of self-management when the teachers show them enough trust.However,as a result of current school management measures,the attitude of parents and the concept of the teachers,there are still unharmonious factors existing in the communication between teachers and students.Teachers are lack of comprehensive understanding of students while conflicting emotions can easily appear from student.For this situation,this paper puts forward that,when communicating with students in the process of class management,teachers should pay more attention to cultivating the students'personality traits and Guide them to set up the correct outlook on life,the world view and values.Secondly,treat the students equally and fairly,make space for them to show their ability and establish good class atmosphere.Thirdly,make good use of the class leaders to build up a bridge of trust,believe that students have the ability of self-management,which can lead to the students' autonomous management.My thesis is divided into four parts:First,the background,which introduces the study on present teacher-student communication during class management at home and abroad,the core of the thesis definition,basic instructive thought for researching,main research method,and the reason for sampling.Second,the study on the communication of teacher-student in class management,present situation of communicating between teachers and students in the class management is discussed,then corresponding suggestions are put forward.Third,the influence on the relationship between teachers and students and to the management of class is analyzed.Fourth,this part is divided into two parts,namely,conclusion and revelation.By communicating with students in class management,teachers and students can establish a harmonious relationship and improve the development of the students.
