As the development of scientific technology, the popularization and application of the information technology influences all the fields of economical society and enhances the educational reform. According to the new requirement towards the basic and higher education put forward in July 2001, normal universities as the main base of cultivating the basic educational teachers undertake the basic and higher educational reform. In May 2008, the General Office of the State Council issued the document compiled by the ministry of education, Ministry of Finance, ministry of personnel that students of normal universities directly under the ministry of education would get free education (hereafter referred to as document). In this document, since the fall of 2008, the policy about normal education for free was enacted in Beijing normal university, East China normal university, Northeast normal university, Shanxi normal university, Huazhong Normal university and Southwest university . The policy of free pay normal students' education is the symbol of respecting teachers and valuing education. It also reflects the overall quality of our present teachers is lower. The society needs the excellent teachers who have the comprehensive teaching skills and higher comprehensive quality.This thesis mainly studied the new arising problems in the curriculum reform and normal students' cultivation and put forward the new solutions. The cultivation of normal students includes specialized ability and pedagogical skills. We not only strengthen the academic ability but also the normal skills. We should place equal emphasis on with neither aspects neglected. Therefore, the teaching skills are not only confined to pedagogy, psychology, special didactics and other theoretical curricula and a short time educational practice. On the contrary, the education of normal students is in the whole process of university teaching. The education sources will be integrated and the teaching skill will be improved overall through the proper combination and leaven between the study of curricula and the teaching skills.Therefore, based on the pedagogical theories and practice, a new way of thinking was put forward. A new mode of special curriculum and teaching skill were constructed. A teaching reform was done in the class. As the results turned out, the cultivating mode of teaching skills in the special curriculum had more maneuverability and effective. It could not only advocate students to study the knowledge but also improve the teaching skills of normal students and make the learning quality and teaching skills develop together.
