A Research Of Xin Jiang Universities Graduate Student About Professional Learning Satisfaction-Based On The Perspective Of Student-centered

Along with the comprehensive reform of postgraduates educational charging system,the postgraduates will choose the school with better quality of service.What's more,the new idea of “focusing on the students” waving in universities,which enhances the results for educational leaders and decision-makers to emphasize on promoting service-quality by realizing the students' needs.This paper bases on the postgraduates' need,focuses on the student-centered” research perspective,orients to the subject of postgraduates in three representative Sinkiang universities,accumulates and analyzes the related statistics by interview and questionnaire.The purpose of the research is to find out dissatisfaction of postgraduates and analyze the reason by viewing the present situation of studying satisfaction of Sinkiang postgraduates,as well as raising the suggestions and solutions of promoting postgraduates' satisfaction on consumer's right.The research in postgraduates' studying satisfaction including: Teaching and learning,studying condition,tutor's guidance,research environment.According to the research,the postgraduates mainly dissatisfy with certain index in teaching and learning,studying condition and tutor's guidance.The practical and progressive degree is low in teaching and learning;Studying condition including deficiency of library resource,fall-behind of laboratory equipment,low quality of web-service;Tutor's guidance including inappropriate time arrangement of tutor and deficiency of tutoring time.In the perspective of student-centered,the reasons are simplex of supervision power in universities,too-formal of postgraduates 'choice-making and participation,weak operation of guaranteeing system in postgraduates' participation,and the lack of participating sense.At last,suggestions are promoted basing on student-centered,postgraduates and tutors.Firstly,universities should reform the curriculum teaching and realize the needs of the development of the students' bodies;Secondly,we should improve the guidance system for teachers and guide their effectiveness;Thirdly,Improve the learning condition and try to meet the students' basic needs;Fourthly,students should establish the concept of student body and raise the awareness of participation.
