Voc. Students to acquire good culture consumption habit, to furtherly improve health development of their bodies and minds. Among which, the improvement of legitimacy of society to Sec. Voc. Students and perfection of culture consumption are the base; peaceful family environment and strong gurdance and supervision are the core; moral education of the schools and cultivation of good habits are important handholds and support.
