Curriculum Construction is an important component of the teaching quality and teaching reform project in high school curriculum education. It is the project of the foundation, which fundamentally improves the quality of teaching and then the quality of personnel training. In this paper, the specific methods to solve the problems are stated, linking with construction of the course of practice. And some in-depth thinking are made on some of the problems that exist in the curriculum construction with a view to provide a scientific and powerful decision-making basis for further strengthening and improving the construction and implementation of the course.This text set promoting a new round of education reform as guiding ideology, set fully cultivating the scientific literacy of students as fundamental purpose, focusing on theoretical research on the construction of course " Study of middle school integrated science experiment" in curriculum construction in the major Science Education of normal universities.This article is divided into five parts:1. The research background, introducing the developments in the major Science Education of normal universities, the importance and status of the Science Education curriculum construction in the developments of major Science Education, and the characteristics of the course building.2. The basic theory of curriculum construction, using literature to define the content of the course. A comprehensive analysis is made on the practical role of the constructivist theory, situated cognition theory, Dewey's educational theory separately in inspiring course construction. The pattern of curriculum establishment, the basic questions and development trend of the curriculum theory are cleared, and the concept of curriculum construction is enhanced based on curriculum theory.3. The practice and exploration of the course building. Starting from the curriculum objectives, a detailed analysis of the curriculum content of curriculum construction was taken out, including selection criteria for the course content, course syllabus formulation and the basic elements of the course (physics section, chemistry section, biology section). This part introduces how to build multimedia courseware, teaching resource database and curriculum evaluation system. The construction complies with the requirements of the new curriculums, integrating theory with practice; explore the objectives, content and evaluation of the course construction.4. The teaching curriculum reform measure. It is aimed to meet the basic needs of education reform, achieve the goal of the personnel training, and use Interactive-mode, Seminar-mode, Inquiry-mode and other experimental cases, reform teaching methods and means so that students could master basic skills and experiment methods. Mental training is focused to enable students to develop a scientific experiment habit, to adapt to the education reform atmosphere and thus to grow into a complex teacher.5. Some questions of the curriculum construction. For instance, how to lead course construction via the concept of advanced education; how to construct the elite course with subject characteristics and geographical characteristics, build practical teaching and learning environment; how to combine the curriculum form and content organically and explore teaching methods and assessment methods of reform actively, thereby implementing curriculum resource sharing.
