As the main way for teacher on-site professional development, teacher training sustains the new historic mission in promoting Curriculum Reform and realizing the Quality Education comprehensively. Nevertheless, headquarters and teachers criticize China's recent teacher training practices because it lacks effectiveness.This dissertation takes the professionals leading the teacher professional development as the subject of the study on teacher training. It starts with the teacher professional development view under communication theory,and then deeply discusses the teacher training by communication on the basis of theory analysis and practice validation. Finally, the paper dissertates in detail on the effective communication between the teachers and professionals in the course of training and on the teachers effective training. The research of the dissertation mainly derives from literature study, inteview and case analysis, etc, and in the research, it takes the way of Action Research.The dissertation includes six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction. The argumentation is brought forward and the background, intention, and significance of the argumentation are analyzed in the introduction.The second chapter is about the definition of the relative concept. In total two groups of concepts are defined. One is about the teacher professional development, teacher training and teacher training based on the teacher professional development. The other group is about communication and effective communication.The third chapter analyzes the teacher professional development under the ideology of communication. The communication idea is raised, and the promoting effect of interpersonal practice on teacher professional development is analyzed in this chapter.In the fourth chapter, I mainly analyze the content, feature, and differences between traditional teaching-learning modes of teacher training and teacher training through communication and the theoretical meaning of teacher training through communication and some study on the practical mode, basing on the interpersonal practice theory of teacher training.The fifth chapter is towards effective communication of teacher training. The content, course of realization, and execution means of effective communication are dissertated in detail. In the chapter, the author believes that the effective communication between the professionals and the teachers is the precondition of the realization of effective teacher training. Only when the professionals and teachers communication goes continuingly effective, and only when the teachers and professionals form a kind of subject to subject relationship and have a meaningful communication, understanding, and rethinking in the course of teacher training, can the teachers and professionals have a common improvement.The sixth charpter is the conclusion.
