The theory of teachers' professional development stage has rapid development in the nineties of the 20th century.After that,it becomes slow.Since the 90s,systematic study is few,the domestic research also based on foreign study.But since the 1990 s,under the influence of postmodern philosophy,the education environment and theory transform to postmodern.In such a dual change of the theory and practice,the study of teacher post-professional development stage has been stagnant,theoretical and practical research has been unbearable change's dual mandate.Based on the analysis of the existing three types of teachers' professional development orientation,this paper argues that teachers' professional development will become"communication-care" orientation.The theory of teachers' post-professional development stage based on the orientation of "communication-care".The theory of teachers' post-professional development stage based on post-modern philosophy position including the theory of communicative action and caring ethics,it divide teacher professional development process according to the standard of teachers' professional communicative awareness.This research is to resolve the four core question:What are division standard,idea and content of teachers' post-professional development stage?What is teacher professional development process of teachers,post-professional development stage?What are the influence factors of teachers' post-professional development stage?What are methods and countermeasures methods and countermeasures of teachers' post-professional development stage?The research adopts qualitative research method.The main method is literature research.The research explains teachers,post-professional development stage through the analysis of the related literature.At the same time,the research adopts literature method to collect relevant literature,and through interview survey method to interview public school teachers to get practical support.Since the 1990s,teacher professional theory and the situation transform to postmodern.The study of the teacher post-professional development stage is very necessary.The orientation of teachers' post-professional development stage theory is "communication-care".On the orientation of "communication-care",the division standard,basic concept,basic content of teachers' post-professional development stage need to be refactored.This research puts forward the new standard of teachers' professional communicative awareness,depending on communicative action theory,ethics of care and teachers' post-professional development stage theory.Teachers' human nature hypothesis change from Independent person to interactive person,teacher professional development is the process of teachers' professional interaction,teacher pursuit public value.The content of teachers' professional development stage includes three aspects:the professional knowledge,professional ability and professional ethics.Teachers'professional knowledge change from "epistemic domain" to "speech domain",professional ability change from the "subject" to "relationship",professional ethics change from the "rational"to "care".According to the new standard,ideas and content,the process of teachers' post-professional development stage is divided into three stages:"standardization communication"stage,"self-centered communication" stage and "care communication" stage.The main influence factors contain two aspects:interior and exterior.The main obstacles is the lack of teachers'professional communication consciousness and ability,the lack of professional communication organization,system and platform in the school,and the lack of professional communication channels and value of lag in the society.As a new theory of teacher professional development stage,teachers' post-professional development stage has new method include individual professional communication method and group professional communication method.The countermeasures for achieving the goal of teacher professional development stage is to cultivate the teachers' professional communication consciousness and ability,establish the system and platform of teacher's professional communication,build professional communication environment in school.Society need to provide professional contacts,reform the system of teacher education and reshape the social culture.The implementation of the policy has the following difficulties:personal understanding of professional communication value is not clear,the construction of professional is not clear in school and the lack of economic security.But these conditions provide affordable conditions to solve the difficulties.These condition include personal attention to teachers' professional development,school organizational structure in the democratization and the preliminary development of teachers' professional organizations,the support of national policy,the development of modern education technology and multiple open cultural environment.
