Communication is an indispensable means of associate between teachers and students,is the process of information transmission,emotional interflow and the development of thinking between teachers and students.All educational problems between teachers and students can be summed up as communication problems.Under the development of urbanization,the problems of rural education have been paid more and more attention,and the policies that help the reform of rural education have promoted the development of rural education.However,under the special cultural background,geographical location and population structure of rural schools,the communication between teachers and students has its own living environment.It is the trend of educational research to support the comprehensive,scientific and sustainable development of pedagogy from the perspective of multi-disciplinary research.The problem of education can not be separated from its environment,including the social environment such as politics,economy and so on,as well as the small environment between teachers and students.The special educational environment in rural areas determines the particularity of the communication environment between teachers and students.Therefore,with the help of SWOT environmental analysis method in management,this paper makes up for the deficiency of historical research,questionnaire and interview,starting with the environmental analysis of teacher-student communication in rural schools,and then returning to pedagogy and carrying on the problem of teacher-student communication.Research on the causes and solutions.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis.It introduces the application of teacher-student communication and SWOT analysis in pedagogy,and proves the rationality and scientific nature of the application of SWOT analysis in this paper.The second part collects the data by teacher-student communication questionnaire,grasps the realistic environment,thus carries on the environment analysis of the rural teacher-student communication problem based on the SWOT method.In the third and fourth parts,the problems and reasons are explained respectively from the social and cultural,school and educational subject situation.The fifth part is based on the scaffolding of teachers' professional ability to solve the problem of communication between teachers and students,and explores the solution strategies in different environments under the path of teachers' professional development.Building rural schools that can communicate,creating campus environment with communication,developing teachers-students communication.Form a joint force in many ways,promote the common development and realize the good pursuit of effective communication.
