This study was designed from the school development and community services contact perspective, to understand the types of community services, community services for the meaning of community service in schools in the status, role and functions of school-community services into the difficulties faced by the cut entrance to the school serving the community to make recommendations for the development of the community and schools learn. In this study, document analysis, questionnaire survey method, methods such as participant observation conducted within the community through the school administrators, regular teachers, students, parents, community residents, community service personnel investigation and interviews, the main conclusions obtained are:1, schools and community interaction philosophy of cooperation is generally recognized.Second, the school serving the community in advocacy, and action have not done enough, the lack of effectiveness.Third, the lack of system to protect the school community service, service form a single, service depth needs to be strengthened.4, schools and community organizations how to communicate with each other cadres and help each other. Examined various community-based organizations and cadres interact with the school's cognitive and differences among concepts.This paper is based on the above conclusions.In this paper, starting with the schools role in promoting community development and community development role in promoting the school to talk about the need for schools to serve the community; Second, from the moral education in schools to promote civic education does not give full play to the functions of the school curriculum failed to give full play to build a learning functions of the community, school culture does not give full play to the development of social and cultural functions, school equipment and facilities can not fully sharing with the community resources, school services in four areas the community demonstrated loss of function of specific performance; again, from the school-centered ideology of deep-rooted , schools and communities, the lack of long-term mechanism of interaction, community and school co-operation behind the profound contradiction between three aspects of the school serving the community for the reasons for loss of function analysis; Finally, from the needs assessment and survey, proper planning and the use of The effectiveness of three levels of evaluation and feedback discussed in the school to serve the community response.
