At present, most of the students who study in national various universities is"after 80s"student. They are precious resources in our country. Their ideological and moral qualities are directly related to the cultivation of 21st century's talents, and related to the success or failure of the socialist cause. While the charicteristic of the young people is different by era, student in different era need different educational method."After 80s"growth in the period of rapid economic growth and a period of profound social change, with the establishment of the socialist market economy, the popularization of Internet and the development of economic globalization, the various ideas and concepts convergence with each other, mutual impact and interaction. The thought, outlook of value and conduct method of"after 80s"showed new change. Therefore, deeply researching"after 80s"university student's thought and behavior characteristic, particularly"after 80s"thought characteristic, standard of conduct, value idea, ideal boundary, knowing their growth trajectory is the prerequisite to increase scientific nature, pertinence of ideological and political education and avoid blindness, randomness is the the necessary conditions for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, finding the efficient path and the way to enhence the university student ideological and political education.
