With the rapid development of biology as well as the national economy, the daily production and life of the relationship grows, jobholders in the field to improve the overall quality of biological importance has become more apparent. Improving the quality of basic education is reflected in the new curriculum reform, first of all is a biology teacher's professional knowledge, skills and training. At the same time, as a strong experimental natural science, experimental knowledge and skills, teaching skills test for teacher professional development of quality is of great significance.This article is divided into four parts, the first one introduces the profile of the biology Curriculum and Pedagogy, analysis the requirements of the reformation of biology curriculum secondary school for new teachers, the position and role of the biological experimental teaching in the Curriculum and Pedagogy, the current situation of Biology experiment course education and brings forward the target and significance that this studies here on the basis. The second part describes that the teaching materials is based on psychological theories like humanistic theory, constructivist learning theory, multiple intelligence and the formation of motor skills, but also penetrate STS education theory. The third part of the article elaborated the guiding ideology and the preparation principle of the material, made sure the structure design and the selection of content, and list features of preparation, carried out targeted case studies for different types of experiments. The final section summarized some proposals for the process of biological experiments materials such as strengthening the aboratory construction and management, increasing investment in educational practice, to adjust and select the experiments content in practice, improving teaching efficiency. Other problems and shortcomings on the materials construction are also discussed.Through analysis of the status of the course of secondary school biology curriculum experiment opened in 19 colleges and universities nationwide, compiled the course material of "high school biology experiment theory and practice", and endeavored to break through the problems of current biology teachers training in high school, and supported good experimental teaching and research capabilities to the learners who will be teathers.
