Secondary vocational education is employment-oriented education to help workers in developing and enhancing professional skills and enhance their employment entrepreneurship, serve the employment and reemployment work and promote the livelihood of the people to improve and safeguard social harmony and stability, to support sustained steady and rapid economic other fields of development, not only has a very important role, also bear the incumbent.This paper, extensive literature research and field investigation, summarized the current performance appraisal of teachers in vocational schools, a problem: the content is not comprehensive examination, including a comprehensive evaluation index design and index weights are not set unreasonable, there are no outstanding teachers on the staff special requirements, such as the practical ability, the ability to guide students to operate; assessment of the main lack of training and assessment were not so focused on the assessment, evaluation process, indicators designed a system, a clear understanding; attention to year-end assessment, and routinely ignored, not established dynamic assessment system, resulting in inaccurate assessment results; performance appraisal system is completed immutable, as the school changes in internal and external environment, evaluation system should also be timely to make adjustments; performance feedback is not timely, mostly for assessment and evaluation assessment , with the result shelved.To this end, mainly from the following aspects were studied: development of a more scientific evaluation of performance indicators. In order to develop more scientific assessment of performance indicators, the author interviewed more than in school, listen to the views of school leaders and teachers, and KPI according to the current popular method of establishing a performance index; reasonable distribution of weights. Invite a representative of experts to judge the use of weight factor weight table method designed to determine the KPI indicators at all levels; establish and improve the assessment principles and evaluation methods. Development of assessment plans, determine the assessment of the main, the implementation of assessment, the results for performance feedback, and predict the performance appraisal system, the implementation of the results.
