Secondary vocational school teacher performance appraisal is scientific and reasonable,plays a very important role in the sustainable development of secondary vocational school, thepurpose of this paper is to present a consistent with the actual science in secondary vocationalschool teacher performance appraisal model.Based on system science thought as the guiding theory, the system engineering method as aresearch tool, using the analytic hierarchy process is proposed secondary vocational schoolteacher performance appraisal index system, the model includes the "de","neng","Qin","Ji"four elements, elements of the choice is the use of the basic principle of system engineeringmethod, but also with the Dongguan City Economic and trade school reality, reflects the realityof teacher performance appraisal work. This paper will at all levels of indexes in the same levelaccording to certain scale two two importance of comparison and the establishment of fuzzyconsistent matrix corresponding, to calculate the index weight. In this paper the teachers Chenwas evaluated in the empirical study using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, thequalitative results is good, quantitative results for80.365, in line with the teacher’s practicalwork, in the performance appraisal for the remaining group of15teachers, the results prove thatthe method proposed in this paper is more accurate, more acceptable to the the group of teachers.The innovation of this paper lies in:1using the fuzzy consistent matrix, solves the problemof hierarchical analysis method of matrix consistency check.2fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod is a qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, feedback to the personneldepartment and more accurate job performance appraisal result. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod of each index of performance appraisal index system of the teachers are given theevaluation, pay attention to process evaluation, which helps teachers find out the problems of itsperformance appraisal indices of and targeted improvement, so as to promote the comprehensivedevelopment.
