At present the secondary vocational education is the main part of our state’s vocational education,undertaking to cultivate hundreds of millions of skilled personnel and high-quality workforce.Since China’s reform and opening-up,the secondary vocational education has made remarkable development, conveying a bulk of high-quality workforce, junior and mid-level specialized personnel for our society,which makes major contribution to the national economy and the social development.As we all know, the teachers’ evaluation plays an important role in the secondary vocational school,which is conducive not only to development of teachers and school, but also to achievement of the secondary vocational educational goal. Nowadays,our country has enacted the Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ Professional Standard on September 20, 2013, which provides a fundamental basis for the secondary vocational school teachers’ professional development.And we have a basic judgment standard for the secondary vocational school qualified teachers at the same time.However, it not enough for us to just have a a set of teachers’ professional standard.How to establish a relationship between the professional standard and the teachers’ behavior.How to realize the transformation from the standard content to the implementation strategy? If we want to solve these questions,we have to structure, on the basis of the Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ Professional Standard,a set of teachers’ evaluation standard.Therefore, this thesis projects the research perspective into the secondary vocational school teachers’ evaluation field and does some research about it. The thesis’ concrete content is as follows:The first chapter:Introduction. This chapter mainly discusses the research background,significance, ideas and methods, summarizes the current research status at home and abroad, and defines related concepts, etc.The second chapter : Researching the system basis and theoretical foundation of the secondary vocational teachers’ evaluation.This chapter first analyzes its system and policy basis and then deeply analyzes its theoretical foundation, including the teachers’ professional development theory, the teacher effectiveness theory and the teacher evaluation theory.The third chapter:Analyzing the Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ Professional Standard.This chapter analyzes it from three aspects: its theory, its content and its structure.The fourth chapter:Structuring the secondary vocational teachers’ evaluation standard on the basis of its teachers’ professional standard.This chapter proceeds with indicator system, indicator weight,estimation scale and conclusion to structure the secondary vocational school teachers’ evaluation standard.The fifth chapter: Summary and Reflection.This chapter summarizes this thesis comprehensively,points out its innovative points,and objectively points out the deficiency of this thesis.
