Objective:In the preparations for the 2008 Olympic Games, we observed the changes in HB, BU, Five element of flood and used rowing Dynamometer evaluation of training effectiveness. To find the Correlation between the Physiological Parameters and Performance, training volume, training intensity. Hoping to provide a reference for the improvement on scientific training of rowing.The methods: During the whole training term in preparations 2008 Olympic Games, we surveyed the indices HB, BU, activity of RBC and Five element of flood, according to the training programme finding the Correlation between HB, BU and training volume and intensity; analyzed and evaluated the rowing Dynamometer test PAT4 and Performance of 2000m, 6000m timely.The results:1. In 2008 during the rowing training, HB concentration was related toⅠ,ⅡandⅢof thetraining intensity (r=-0.735, P=0.038<0.05;r=-0.796, P=0.018<0.05; r=-0.822, P=0.012<0.05); 2. In 2008 during the rowing training, BU concentration correlated with training volume(r=0.570 n=10, P=0.013< 0.05);3. During the training, athletes between activity of RBC and diameter of RBC, there is significant correlation (r=0.815 n=10, P=0.004<0.01); Ordinary activity of RBC, there are also significant correlation (r=0.907 n=8, P=0.002<0.01).4. In 2008 during the rowing training, athletes between activity of RBC and the zinc of five elements exists significant correlation (r=0.678, P=0.031<0.05).The conclusion:1. In the 2008 rowing training,HB and levels of training intensityⅠ,Ⅱ, andⅢtraining volume was negatively correlated. Therefore, low-intensity training and high-intensity training will directly affect the ratio of HB, it should focus on training in the future.2. In 2008 rowing training, the average BUN and the average daily training volume was negatively correlated and have significant meaning. Proved once again that BUN was to evaluate a sensitive indicator of training load.3. Before Olympic Games, women’s open class athletes mean HB and the 6000m Dynamometer Results showed a significant negative correlation; women’s open class athletes 6000m Dynamometer results with the average lactate threshold was negatively correlated with a significant. Therefore, training monitoring, using the special ability of hemoglobin to evaluate the work needed to proceed carefully, preferably in combination with other indicators such as the lactate threshold level of comprehensive assessment special ability.4. In this experiment, RBC total number and activity of RBC number was positively correlated (P<0.01); activity of RBC and RBC diameter was positively correlated (P<0.01), so in the exercise training, by increasing the total number and volume of RBC to increase activity of RBC. 5. In preparation for the training period, athletes, Fe and Mg of five elements content of nutrients added to adjust the high note very effective; while the Ca content is lower than normal, it is recommended further study of its causes is from exercise training or supplement caused by insufficient capacity. 6. In the five elements, activity of RBC and Zn were positively correlated and have significant meaning. Study could be considered through the monitoring of female athletes to determine the Zn content of red blood cell activity.
