Sports colleges physical education professional basketball course primarily to train students about the basic skills of basketball, basic skills and master the basic theories related to knowledge-based, for the students lay the foundation for future work onto teachers. But as the country has stepped up the implementation of quality education to require physical education majors must not only master the technical skills standards, more students should pay attention to the psychological qualities to adapt to future work and life. However, the current sports colleges commonly used traditional "poured into" teaching methods of teaching, on the one hand, it limits the student's initiative, can not stimulate students interest in learning. the other hand, it is no emphasis on the student's psychological development, and concern about the quality of student mental health. View of the current basketball sports college students appear to learn physical skills and mental abilities uneven phenomenon, the original basketball teaching methods and means of innovation and development is necessary. Therefore, this study, Capital Institute of Physical Education Physical Education teaching basketball course as an entry point, the success or failure in the system of Weiner's motivation attribution theory and the corresponding mode of attribution training on the basis of the Teacher conscious leading role, the right Capital Institute of Physical Education physical education students in the class of professional basketball revised teaching experiment in Teaching the Course of hope to encourage students to correct or change the individual's success or failure of the results of inappropriate attribution, attribution to promote the formation of a positive learning and training success or failure of a good emotional experience and affect the human power conditioning systems, to enhance motivation level, thus influencing the behavior and improve performance of their follow-up to the level of purpose, while providing a very good shape the health of students personality and psychological, so that for future study and work have a positive effect on the basketball course effectiveness and improving the quality of teaching has important practical significance.In this paper, used mainly in the literature and data, the teaching experiment, investigation, logical analysis, the number of statistical methods such as scientific method, through the two teaching experiments the following conclusions: 1 In the Capital Institute of Physical basketball skill teaching, in teaching hours and teaching under the same conditions, due to the training of teaching is better than traditional teaching methods.2 Institute of Physical Education in the capital basketball skill teaching, through the attribution training can promote the success of students in situations tend to do "skills, learning method" attribution, in the failure situations tend to do "hard, luck, teaching materials and more difficult to" return to because, it shows through the attribution training, students attributional style has seen a positive transformation.3 Institute of Physical Education in the capital, basketball training, attribution training can improve the level of student motivation to succeed and reduce the level of motivation to avoid failure.4 Attribution training used in the process of teaching basketball skills to fully mobilize the emotional feelings of students, transforming the negative emotions of students and improve student interest in learning basketball.
