Since the new curriculum reform, Autonomous learning theory has been from the simple teaching theory to the teaching practice, and has become the primary and secondary school teachers'teaching style, during the practical teaching; the key of Autonomous learning is teacher's effective guide.This study uses qualitative research method, selecting teacher A from primary A school as a typical case for the study. It uses classroom observation and interviews to show teacher L's teaching, and then examine and analyze the L's successful factor of practicing Autonomous learning. By this analysis, we hope it can provide valuable reference and Inspiration for primary school language teachers to practice Autonomous learning.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is about theories of autonomous learning.The second part of the study will show the L's teaching process. This part mainly in the following aspects:L's school initial introduction, the connection with L, to show L's teaching and analyze the process of her guidance, finally, from students to understand their opinions of Autonomous learning.The third part analyses the factors, both from subject and object, which have an effect on L teacher's successful implementation of autonomous learning. Factors from subject can be divided into two categories. One includes students'interests and capability, and the other includes teachers'role, knowledge, ability and teaching methods. Factors from object are teaching content, aims and school environment.The four part is based on the analyses of L's teaching status and influential factors, to extract the guide strategy revelation of the primary language teaching in self-study:Schools must change personnel training objectives; Teachers should play an exemplary role and create a student-centered classroom atmosphere and design realistic Autonomous learning teaching model.
