One of the basic ideas about curriculum reform is that we should optimize students’ learningstyle, which can improve students’ self-learning ability. But in fact, there still exist manyproblems in mathematic teaching of senior high school, which are caused by wrong believes likethe pursuit of graduation rates and so on. When making up guided learning plan, teachers oftentend to accumulate simple questions, causing the unreasonable structure. The phenomenon has abad effect on the function of guided learning plan as well as the development of students’ abilityto self-learning.In addition, when teachers use learning case to teach, they still prefer to use the traditionalteaching method which has obvious disadvantages. There are so many disadvantages. First of all,it is teacher but not student who controls the teaching process. This infusing teaching methoddeprives students’ rights to be the center of learning. Besides, it can also cause the bad result thatstudents rely on teachers but not themselves to study, causing the declining of self-learningability. What are worse, students develop bad habits of learning, memorizing mechanically andso on. Students having no interest in classes and lacking motivation of learning result in a boringand low efficient class. It is obvious that such teaching and learning method violates the idea of curriculum reform.Curriculum reform is set in quality-oriented education which requires to reform the implement ofcurriculum, and to fulfill the new concept about students and teachers. Besides it also encouragesstudents to study initiatively and attaches importance to develop students’ ability to autonomouscooperation and exploration.Changing students’ learning style can be achieved by reforming teacher’s teaching idea andmethod. The author tries to explore a new model of teaching by analyzing the present situationabout guided learning plan. The new model of teaching will aim to emphasis the important rolethat students play in studying under the instruction of teachers. In the process of study, studentswill change their negative learning style to autonomous one by referring to guided learning plan.Students will play an active part in study. Through the new model of teaching, students willmostly rely on themselves to explore and solve sophisticated mathematic problems. At the sametime, teachers should pay more attention to develop students’ autonomous learning ability byadopting creative problematic teaching. They should learn to teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Above all this new model of teaching will be beneficial to students’ lifelongdevelopment. The author adopts documentary method, questionnaire approach, interview and experimentalcorrelation method in this paper. The author carries out the research in First Senior High Schoolin Gaoqing. He chooses two comparable classes in senior grade where carrying out the researchabout developing senior high students’ ability to learn math autonomously with the help ofguided learning plan. The author inspects the feasibility and effectiveness of guided learning planin contributing to developing students’ autonomous learning ability. The author adoptsquestionnaire survey, interviewing method and method of comparative analysis. There existmany bad learning habits in senior high students especially students in Gaoqing. Students herelack effective learning strategy and the sense of learning autonomously, which stop them fromimproving grades and developing ability. After experimenting the new style of teaching in topclass for one semester, the author finds that by using guided learning plan, teaching modecontributes to improve students’ ability of autonomous learning as well as teaching effectivenessin class. The research result suggests that it is somehow scientific and effective for author toapply guided learning plan to teaching.
