The ethnic culture transmission and ethnic education development are the core issues that ethnic researchers focus on. It is inevitable to boost the development of ethnic areas and economy via realizing modernization. With the rapid development of modernization, the ethnic culture transmission is facing a dilemma. Namely, facing great culture changes, how can the people protect and transmit ethnic culture well?Culture is the cradle of the national vitality, cohesion and creativity; and education is the only way to transmit culture, playing a crucial part for culture transmission. It is an ideal theoretical exploration to develop the key functions of spreading ethnic education and transmitting ethnic culture, and to realize the ethnic culture transmission, education development, social and economic development simultaneously. It is a tentative try for the spread of ethnic culture entering into campus in Guizhou province which was started in October of 2002. Based on the promotion of ethnic culture at school yards, this program is not an ideology for the co-development of ethnic culture transmission, ethnic education and economy development in ethnic areas; it offers a theoretical guidance to spread ethnic culture entering into campus.This thesis takes Che Min Primary School as an example, which is one of provincial-level model schools in Guizhou Province. Supported by the abundant documents, the writer carried out classroom Ethnography in Che Min Primary School for two times and won the latest materials after observation and in-depth interviews in classroom. In addition, the writer expounds the program in details, and further knows the essence of ethnic culture promotion in school yards. On the basis of classroom Ethnography and theoretical reflection, three viewpoints are put forward in this thesis.First, the people have to enrich the transmission carrier-school yards; clarify the transmission subjects-school children; expand transmission ways-school education.Second, the people should take the above for reference and continue to boost the development of ethnic education reforms; put national three-level classes into practice and adopt suitable teaching ways in line with local education, ensuring that the reforms do work.Last, the people have to attach importance to the main part-students, to realize the co-development of ethnic culture, education, regional economy; the people should continue to develop symbiotic ethnic education, and nurture ethnic education through ethnic culture; the development of ethnic education upgrades the interaction between culture and regional economy.
