Rongjiang belongs to qian southeast miao and dong nationality Autonomous state Guizhou province. Rongjiang has a long history and colorful ethnic culture, and "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" has being implemented for 7 years. To promote the long-term and effective development of "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" in Rongjiang, the author concluded the present implemental situation from teaching content, teaching form, theory study, development plan and teaching management five aspects through the research of National Middle School, Chejiang Middle School and Chemin Primary School in Rongjiang by literature method, field survey method and comparative analysis method. And the implemental difficult position has been concluded in these five aspects:the development of teaching resources is not very deep; the teaching form is quite single; the theory study is not enough; the plan of development is not standard; teaching management is modeling.Base on this difficult situation, in view of the "Social WeiYu" of Pan Guangdan, the "Culture WeiYu" in this article can be defined as follows:Firstly, "Wei" is a static state,and is the "general character" and "whole" of China culture.So "Wei" is the basic of realizing ethnic admitting and keeping ethnic harmonious and social stable; Secondly, "Yu" is a dynamic state, and is "individuality" and "diversify" of China culture.So "Yu" is motive force of the development of ethnic and ethnic culture. And the standard of "Culture WeiYu" is behavior main body whether or not is harmonious with the culture and matter environment.Based on this theory, this article divided the people participated in "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" into people and school from the aspects of microcosmic and macroscopic respectively, and debated the relationship between people and environment, school and environment. So as to demonstrate that the unharmonious relationship between behavior main body and environment is the crux which lead difficult position of Rongjiang "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus". Then, the author put forward the strategy to realize the culture WeiYu of "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" in five aspects:fixing the right position of "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus", developing teachers'ability, strengthening the course resources building, improving the drifting between student and environment, and improving the management. Its purpose is to promote the effect and long-term development of "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" by harmonious relationship between people and environment, school and environment. At the same time,it also supply reference to implement of "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" in Guizhou province, improving our country the society situation of valuing material and neglecting spirit, transiting from economy globalization to multiple and integrated of culture and realizing the Culture WeiYu of "harmonious but different".
