To propose targeted measures, operability good must identify the root causes of the problem. Along this line of thinking, the author start writing from the dual economic structure, urban-oriented educational system led to the development of urban and rural education is not the fundamental reason for writing a balanced effect, and because landless peasants lose their land lead to lose a stable income. In addition, family Education investment risk continued to increase now, landless peasants themselves at a disadvantage position of family resources is not conducive to children's education.
