Vigorously promote regional balance in China's development and building a harmonious society in the historical process, With the acceleration of urbanization process a large number of urban-rural are appearing. At the same time, loss of land led to a large number of landless peasants in the society. It is an inevitable trend of social development to properly resolve the landless peasants'all relevant interests and conflicts issue, their children's education has also become a growing concern for social problems.This study based on cost-benefit of investment in education theory and educational equity theory, In the context of urban-rural integration, To Bailidujuan Management Area's three contries of Guizhou province as a case, by field investigation, From the impact of lost land to farmers to start, and analysis the economic situation of landless farmers after conjoint their own situation of landless peasants, In-depth analysis of landless farmers' concept of their children's education, investment in education and children's education problems in the process. To propose targeted measures, operability good must identify the root causes of the problem. Along this line of thinking, the author start writing from the dual economic structure, urban-oriented educational system led to the development of urban and rural education is not the fundamental reason for writing a balanced effect, and because landless peasants lose their land lead to lose a stable income. In addition, family Education investment risk continued to increase now, landless peasants themselves at a disadvantage position of family resources is not conducive to children's education. At last, analyse a variety of reasonsfrom the current national policy and funding in the landless peasants to develop their children's education deficiencies and shortcomings and even a series of blank perspective.In the end of the study, on the basis of the question, the author try to propose problem-solving and thinking from the following aspects of the countermeasures:To promote balanced development of urban and rural education in order to build landless peasants'children's education platform, It is at this stage to shorten the gap between urban and rural education of China's guiding ideology and basic way; Strengthen the Government's behavior and introduce of specific policies and Education Security System to protect their children's education about landless peasants' children's education; To build equity and multi-school education and strengthen the self-management education about the children of landless peasants; To give right guide landless peasants' children's education awareness; To increase landless peasants to increase their children's education assistance; Vigorously develop vocational education as also on. We hope that the social and related sectors give a high degree of concern and attention to this new group of landless peasants and their children.
