| In China,in the late 1990’s,a new round of basic education course reform was officially launched.at the same time,our country,after the third National Conference On Education,issued "The decision on deepening Education Reform to promote All-round quality Education by CPC Central Committee and State Council,"(found [1999] no.9),the file is put forward and expounded in detail: "adjustment and reform curriculum system,structure,content,establish new curriculum system,the pilot national curriculum,local curriculum,school-based curriculum." Since the establishment of the three-level curriculum management system of "national curriculum,local curriculum and school-based curriculum",the school-based curriculum has been favored by education workers and become an important reform task for education reformers.History and culture is an indispensable humanities course,which plays an extremely important role in improving students’ humanistic quality.Therefore,among the reformers of education,the trend of research on the development and application of the historical and cultural school-based curriculum was set up.In the research on the development and application of school-based curriculum of history and culture,especially the local history,local history and minority culture are important contents.Along with the constant reform of basic education in our country,school autonomy is more and more strengthened,in recent years,the national various places,schools,local history,local history and culture of ethnic minorities in school-based curriculum has carried on the exploration unceasingly,has also made a lot of valuable experience and profound lessons worthy of learning.However,due to special geographical environment,cultural environment and education resources,there are many difficulties and problems in the development and application of school-based curriculum in minority areas,which restrict the development of education in minority areas.Therefore,based on the actual characteristics of minority areas and the theory of school-based curriculum development and application,combined with the specific practice of xuanhan tujia ethnic culture school-based curriculum,the author comprehensively discusses the background,course content,course implementation and evaluation of school-based curriculum development in minority areas.On this basis,this paper discusses the problems existing in the development and application of the school-based curriculum of history and culture of xuanhan tujia people,summarizes and reflects,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions and Suggestions for improvement according to the theoretical knowledge and practice of school-based curriculum development.At the end of the subject,the author hopes that the exploration and application of the historical and cultural school-based curriculum in the xuanhan tujia district of the author’s hometown can provide reference and help for the development of the national historical and cultural school-based curriculum and other school-based courses in other ethnic minority areas. |
