Fine arts is one of the important part of human beings'culture,and connected to every side of social life.The concept,“Cognize Fine Arts in Extensive Culture Situations ",is presented in the the Fine Arts Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education,hereinafter referred to as The Standard,which is specified by The Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.The Standard also states:The compulsory fine arts education should make the most of the resources from nature and social culture,and develop local curriculum resource.Tujia nationality is a centuried nation of China.Tujia people is the descendent of ancient Ba nationality.Han culture is the main part of Huaxia culture,Chu culture is the processor of Huaxia culture,and Ba culture is one of the basis of Chu culture?.Therefore,Tujia folk fine arts as the remains of ancient Ba culture and the branch of Chinese minority culture,made a significant contribution to the formation and development of Chinese art and culture.As the development of society and the transition of history,abundant cultural resources,art resources and natural resources in Enshi have not brought to the forefront in primary school fine arts education,because of teachers,region,economy,enrolment and so on.It has not shown the connection between education and society.In order to response the concept of The Standard,the main question to discuss and analyze in this article is the relationship between Tujia folk fine arts and primary school fine arts education.This article intends to find out their connections,started from the truth of primary school fine arts education in Enshi Tujia nationality region,based on theoretical knowledge,experience and investigate data.It aims to find out reasonable and suitable Tujia folk fine arts resources for primary school in Enshi region and states how to carry out primary school fine arts education in minority area by real teaching cases.As a member of Tujia people,the author should take the responsibility to inherit,protect and develop the traditional arts!In total,there are six parts:The first part states the origin,meaning,research contents and scope,research approach and existing research about local fine arts resources both in China and overseas.The second part analyzes the potential Tujia fine arts resources for primary fine arts courses and pick up the education value for primary school fine arts education in Enshi region.The third part is about the investigation of how Tujia folk fine arts applies into primary school fine arts education in Enshi region and the analyzation of this investigation.The fourth part intents to explore the development and application of Tujia folk fine arts in primary school fine arts education in Enshi region.And according to exploiting principle,choose specific teaching method case by case.The fifth part is some real teaching cases of fitting Tujia folk fine arts in primary fine arts classes in Xincheng primary school and Xianfeng Experimental Primary School of Enshi Prefecture.The sixth part is introspection about class prepare,teaching process ad teaching effects and expectation of Tujia fine arts in Enshi primary school.
