Policy Perspective On Employment Of University Students In Jiangsu Province Of China

Chinese government has given a lot of attention to university students employment. Nowadays, with the outbreak of financial crisis, the difficult of university students' employment becomes increasingly evident. This paper argued that there are four factors leading to the problems through research:Firstly, effective demand is relatively short, and the supply is greater than the requirement; secondly, the distribution is not balanced; thirdly, the structure of the major is maladjusted; fourthly, the factor of family and individual.In order to solve this problem, the government has carried lots of policies and measures. But as the policies were not pertinent good, there are lots of problems during the implementing.On this basis, the author analyzes the policies and measures of Jiangsu Province, and points out the shortage.In the last part, based on the examples of the government abroad, the author infers the suggestion that can improve perfect the policies of university students employment.
