Intercollegiate Cooperation And Innovation Of Talent Cultivation Mode In China

Talent cultivation is one of the core mission of university, which is also the eternal topic of educational research since the establishing of the university. Entering the 21st century, as globalization and internationalization developed, the earth becoming flat; the rising of knowledge-based economy has changed the structure and mode of social development. Profound changes of social background add the requisition of talent's perspective, adaptability, etc.. So the innovation of talent cultivation becomes the important goal for higher education.After the expansion of enrollment in 1999, the higher education in China developed rapidly, and because of popularization of higher education, improving the quality of talent cultivation became the emphasis for the higher education. Intercollegiate cooperation enhanced the availability of educational resources. On abroad, intercollegiate cooperation got a good score, also, they provided the beneficial reference for us. On May 6,2010, Chinese council review and passed the national education reform and development of long-term planning, which brought forward to create opened, flexible, smooth and multiform education environment, which provides a powerful guarantee to develop intercollegiate cooperation.As making full use of the supremacy of education and teacher resources shared by intercollegiate cooperation, the talent cultivation mode was an successful action for talent cultivation. Also, it provides an opened, flexible environment for the students, and has important significance for education.Based on the current international and domestic social background and educational development, the artic analyses the current university research of talent cultivation, proposes a new cultivation mode that based on intercollegiate cooperation platform, and it is also adapt the society and educational development. The first chapter states the significance of the problem, literature review, research methods and research ideas. The second chapter summaries the main ideas and types of talent cultivation mode in China, and analyses how the intercollegiate cooperation expanded the idea and cultivating way to talent cultivation mode. The third chapter analyses the motivation, types and exploration of intercollegiate cooperation. The forth chapter reviews the development of intercollegiate cooperation on abroad. The fifth chapter provides a way how to establish the talent cultivation which is based on intercollegiate cooperation platform.
