The Talent Cultivation Mode Reform Countermeasures Research Of Heilongjiang Polytechnic

Higher vocational colleges in China are mostly built in the last centuryeighty’s early ninety’s, metaphase, although history is short, but after decades ofhard work, training a large number of talents for the local economic constructionand various small and medium-sized state owned and private enterprises. Withthe development of society, occupation education to promote economicdevelopment in the increasingly prominent position.Heilongjiang Polytechnic’s mission is to serve the modern service industry,modern agricultural, Modern Manufacturing Industry, in order to cultivate talents.Personnel training mode is the key to solve the problem that how to cultivatetalents. In order to make the long-term development of Heilongjiang Polytechnic,we have to fix the question that how to improve the quality of personnel trainingand Service to the regional economy better. I proposed a scheme to reform talentstraining mode.In this paper, I compared with other schools about the training mode byusing the methods of investigation, interview method, literature’s method. Byanalyzing, the questions are the Professional structure is not reasonable, theteaching staff is not reasonable, the Curriculum construction is lack ofinnovation, the practice teaching need to prove. Above these questions, theProfessional construction and reform measures and the Teachers teamconstruction reform plan are proposed.In view of the above problems, according to the present advanced andpopular mode of talent training, combined with the local talent market, economicsituation, the demand for the type to put forward reform program of the CareerAcademy in Heilongjiang, personnel training mode. These reform measures andschemes to the talents of Career Academy in Heilongjiang, training effect can beimproved significantly.
