Research On The Countermeasure Of Juvenile Delinquency Prevention

At present,the problem of juvenile delinquency has become a serious social problem that is seriously concerned with society and is an urgent problem to be solved.Many of the world's juvenile crime rate increases year by year the number of surprising figures,far beyond people's imagination.Juvenile delinquency has become a kind of"incurable diseases" that plague the world today,and has serious influence on the harmony and stability of society and the long-term stability of the country.Therefore,the full implementation of the principle of governing the country according to law,for young people to create a harmonious growth and living environment for better and faster economic and social development to provide a good external environment will become a hot topic.In recent years,with the party and the country's attention to the growth of young people,more and more experts and scholars to study youth foul prevention,and put forward many effective ways.Therefore,it is imperative to find out more about the problems and causes in the process of juvenile delinquency,and how to prevent juvenile delinquency is the key to solve the problem.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,field investigation and comparative analysis to systematically investigate and interview the juvenile offenders of a discipline school in L province,and summarizes the characteristics,problems and causes of juvenile delinquency.Based on the theory of social control and the theory of comprehensive management,this paper analyzes the characteristics of crime from the status quo of juvenile delinquency in a discipline school in L province,and analyzes the characteristics of juvenile's own factors and its external environmental factors.The author analyzes the present situation of juvenile delinquency prevention mechanism,finds out its existing problems,draws lessons from foreign advanced experience,and puts forward the prevention mechanism such as family,school,society and adolescents'To mobilize all aspects of the positive forces to jointly build a network of youth crime prevention system.The research of this paper has some reference significance to the current prevention and management of juvenile delinquency.
