The Current Situation Of Juvenile Crime, Need To Study The Causes And Prevention Strategies

The minor crime many make the youth in jail, resulting in thebreakdown of family, the sad of teachers, the regret of themselves. In this paper,combined with the author’s experience, makes a deep inquiry into the causes andprevention of juvenile crime situation. Once again, from the family aspect, juvenileoffenders without lofty ideals, the social bad style influence, social supervision andother aspects case juvenile delinquency,from the natural needs, social needs, spiritualneeds analyzes the minor crime’s need motivation,the natural, social and the spiritualneeds of interaction can profoundly affect juvenile behavior and thinking, the juvenilenormal meet without correct guide will lead to serious consequences even crime.Finally,creating a good educational environment and strengthening the prevention ofjuvenile crime in the mechanism. Strengthen family responsibility, meet the basic needsof juvenile; the school should pay more attention to moral education, establish andimplement the system of moral education; minors should establish positive life goal andpursuit,establish good hobbies, enrich the spiritual needs, improve the spiritual realm; tocreate a harmonious, civilized social atmosphere, strengthen social supervision.
