According to the survey we find: On the one hand, the sports resources are scarce in Anqing sports enterprises and institutions, which greatly hinders the development of sports cause. On the other hand, the utilization ratio of sports resources is low, which affects the participation and rights of staff and the public in the sports. Therefore, it's vital to probe into how to improve and take advantage of the current sports resources in order to provide better physical service for the public.From the status quo of the sports resources in Anqing enterprises and institutions, the existing problems are as follows: First, the quality and quantity sports resources are worsening in the whole due to several elements, such as low economic level, ignorance of government and institutions, limited investments, which severely hinder the development of sports cause. Second, regardless of sports talents, inadequacy of management, training and bonus system, sports talents lack sense of responsibility and mission, which result in the severe scarcity of human resources, unreasonable density and insufficient exploit and utilization of the market. Third, there are main factors affect the sports facilities in the enterprises, such as: little investment, lack of professional managing talents and ineffective management.In order to improve the sports resources in Anqing enterprises and institutions, to ensure the health of staff and the public, to promote the development of sports cause, there are some constructive suggestions as follows: First, the government and enterprises should think highly of the exploit of sports resources, pour great investment and make development plans of sports resources, only in these ways can we change the scarcity of resources. Second, set human resources development plans, build information base of sports human resources among all organizations as well as bonus system to change the scarcity and the low utility ratio of sports human resources. Third, broaden the channel of sports information; arrange certain people in charge of sports information. Fourth, while pouring great investment in improving the stadium and other facilities, all enterprises should set up unified platform of venues facilities, introduce advanced concept of management and marketing, strengthen the efforts to open the venues facilities to the outside, try to get the greatest return received on the investment in venues facilities and other resources.
