Research On The Construction And Development Of Adult Distance Education In Jiangxi

In recent years,the distance education in Jiangxi province has begun to take shape, particularly in the field of adut education, the distance educaiton has become increasingly more important,no matter as a means or a patterns.Many colleges and universities in Jiangxi have their own network teaching platform.From the sense of qualification,Jiangxi has not yet a formal distance education college,but in the organizational form,the network has long been widely used.However,there are still many problems in the development of our adult distance education,especially in the quality of education and standard management,such as the status of education is unclear,far from sharing of teaching resources,lack of professional distance education manager,low teaching quality, network teaching platform service is not in place,etc.All of these have impact on the construction and development of adult distance education in Jiangxi. It is not easy that developing the adult distance education in undevelope province like Jiangxi,where the material foundation is weak, the financial resource is limited,the distribution of educational resources is inequality,the conception of adult education and distance education is backward.What's more,there is no distance education university registered with the Minstry of Education Institute and formal distance education enrollment qualifications in Jiangxi.These nagative factors will affect the development of adult distance education in Jiangxi.This paper analyzes the theory of distance education, collates the distance education materials of some universities in Jiangxi and researches some enterprises and institutions in Jiangxi,in order to analyze the current status of adult distance education in our province; and the posibility of adult distance education system inJiangxi was discussed in this paper, from three aspects——the development of adulteducation,the situation of the distance education practitioners and the resources of colleges and universities in Jiangxi.In the process of resolving difficulties and setting up the system,the author refers to the experience of other provinces,elaborates the idea and connotation of "Distance Education Supermarket",and on this basis and the basis of educational evluation theory, the author advances the distance education evaluation principles,developes a third-party evaluation system,and proposes the current problems of evaluation system.After explanining the proposals and responses, the author concludes that only emphasis on adult distance education,enhancing the distance education theory,paying close attention to teacing quality management and balancing the relationship between the distance education institutions within our province can build the adult distance education system in Jiangxi successully.
