Research On The Countermeasures Of The University Students' Enterprise Competencies In Chinese Colleges And University

With the development of a knowledge-based economy, the development of social economy requires more innovative talents. As the builders of the society,college students are supposed to bear the unshirkable responsibility in constrction.The nation is quickly discovering the need to equip its young people not with just knowledge but the courage to build their own enterprises.University graduatets entrepreneurs can help society create jobs to benefit the overall business environment of the country.At present,college students have been increasing national attention to entrepreneurial education in the United States,France and other developd economies relatively mature,but in china still in the initial stage of development. The research on it can deepen our knowledge of this problem can help us improve university students' innovation ability, promote the all-round development of students.The thesis includes four parts:The first part is an introduction, which gives the reason to inquire into the problem and the backgrounds for this research, and displays the purpose, content, characters, methods and meaning of this study.The second part gives a theoretical analysis about some concepts such as the capability to start a project.The third part is a verfied research. A research was made by adopting the approach of interview, questionnaire and documentation survey with China University of Geosciences (Beijing) as the subject. The study on students'awareness and the condition of innovative entrepreneurship in this university revealed their advantage, disadvantages and some modifying factors.The main reasons for the incapacity of graduates to start a project are analyzed.The fourth part gives some strategies to cultivate. According to the results of investigations, a strategy of improving students in China University of Geosciences (Beijing) were finally proposed in accordance actual condition.
