Preliminary Study On The Key Competencies And Its Cultivation Of The High School Course "Ideology And Politics"

With the extensive spread of the structural model of 'Core Competence', which is firstly proposed by Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the publishing of 'The Suggestion on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reforming and the Fundamental Task of Implement of Morality Education','Core Competence' has attracted more and more attention. It occupies the key position of this task. Based on the new idea of curriculum reforming and correspond with the current curriculum reforming circumstances, this paper satisfies the urgent need of studying and formulating the system of developing the'Core Competence'of students in various grades, trying to provide certain reference to the construction of this system in China. Trough literature research method, comparative analysis method and interviewing method, this paper aims at the preliminary construction of system of'Core Competence' in high school ideological and political discipline. Combining the main problems existing in current situation of cultivating'Core Competence'in this discipline, in which includes student's learning interests, curriculum setting and arranging, methods of evaluation on curriculum and philosophy of teachers' teaching, this paper offers some proposal on curriculum contents integration, transformation of the mode of evaluation and updating teachers' education ideas in this system.
