Whether Olympic Games play positive role in cities economic development depends on the use in post-Olympic Games. By using literature reading, field research including interview, structured-observation, we categorized all events held in newly built venue from Oct2008 to Dec2009, as well, we analyzed the social factors of them, and the conclusions as below:According to pattern of events, we categorized them from from Oct2008 to Dec2009. These patterns are:holding sport events, commercial performance, propaganda actions, training and exercise venue and tourism spot.Affect of post-Olympic use of new match venues for 29th Olympic Games, the beneficial use of social factors are:(1)newly built Olympic Venues spread widely in four zones in Beijing;(2)this distribution has the similar draft as the city; (3) the increasing of population in Beijing guarantees the using of these venues; (4) the increasing level of people's purchasing propels their cost in sports, enhances sports industry, assists the using of venues in post-Olympic times;(5)The venues have clear managers, who will operate the venues well and develop the venues in Beijing;(6)The last point is well-organized traffic system which is one of the most important factors in the future holding big events.Affect of post-Olympic use of new match venues for 29th Olympic Games, the adverse social factors are:(1) the Beijing lack of high-quality professional league, led to fewer races in Beijing; (2) Beijing to participate in physical consumption and lower consumption of ornamental type sports, causing part of the small number of events audiences; (3) new match venues for 29th Olympic Games in the presence of security risks; (4) disorderly competition between the sports stadiums, leading to new match venues for 29th Olympic Games, can not be used well.To take measures against the adverse social factors are:(1) increase the level of sports competition; (2) actively bidding excitement of spectator sports to improve the consumption level;(3) to strengthen awareness of security on the stadium. (3) Promote the professional management of the venues to enhance brand.
