The teachers'conception of children's learning is the sum of the teachers'viewpoints resulting from their educational practice experience and personal growth on problems such as the essence of children's learning and the goal, the process, the content of children's learning in a center of education and care for children aged 0-3 years. Teachers'conception of children's learning generates active function on the behavior through the interaction with other concept of teacher as a system of personal knowledge structure of belief. This study reveals the teachers'conception of children's learning as a target for teachers in the center of education and care for children ages 0-3 years. The center of education and care for children aged 0-3 years is different from the kindergarten in forms. It aimed for giving publicity the concept on early education to the parents, popularization of scientific knowledge and parenting skills, and training teachers for the community's early education guidance centers. Nowadays, most private centers aimed at the development of the children's early training directly, and the early education guidance services to the parents.Based on the relevant researches, this study probes into the teachers'conception of children's learning, who work in a certain center of education and care for children aged 0-3 years, and its influence elements by means of semi-structured interview, gradually focal observation and analysis on the information about children's learning. The research manifests simplified concepts, minimized values, narrow goals, one-sided contents, uniform methods and activity forms. On the basis of the analysis the research shows the character of experience-based and contradictions.On the basis of qualitative analysis of the teachers'conception of children's learning discusses the influence elements from the perspective of Ecology of Human Development. The thesis believes there are two aspects of the factors influencing the teachers'conception of children's learning:one lies in teachers themselves, mainly including their educational experiences and personal life experiences; the other involves the environments of early education industry's market.Therefore, the thesis offers preliminary thoughts of clarifying children's learning conception of teachers and means of optimizing the children's learning conception from the angles of the center and the teachers. The publicity to the scientific concept of early childhood education and the qualification certification system ensure improvement of the conception. Supporting from centers and enhancing their own literacy are also the effective ways of optimizing the teachers'conception of children's learning.
