In thousands of years, a great deal of the education activities of the ethnic minority areas beyond the school was heritage the culture of nation and its way of life effectively. It contained in human's daily activities in the most hidden, most durable and most natural way. It can be said that the education beyond the school has complete its educational function perfectly and imperceptibly. This effective inheritance education of the birth consciousness in Zhan Li is a quite typical and successful instance.In this paper, from the study of the history and current status of the birth consciousness in Zhan Li, we can find that, the birth consciousness education take the family, festivals, rallies as the major educational opportunity, adhering to the natural way. It not only expand the space of the moral education, but provide the meaningful content, the constructive method and the effective way, which are accounted for the effective heritage of the birth consciousness in the background of China's traditional procreation cultural as well as the missing of the school education. The heritage of the birth consciousness in Zhan Li is the process of the education to promote the person's ethics and morality, namely, make the social fertility ethics become the individual's moral requirements in the first place, and then transform the individual's moral requirements into the moral behavior. The birth consciousness education in Zhan Li not only provides us a new idea to achieve the universal birth consciousness, but promotes a new train of thought to research the school moral education.This study, discuss the source and the teaching methods of the effective birth consciousness inheritance according to the analysis of the procreative customs, procreative system as well as the procreative beliefs in Zhan Li, revealing its educational theory. This follows the related education mechanism with the school moral education; it will provide a meaningful reference to deepen the concept of the school moral education. The construction of the school moral education must have self-consciousness, developing the moral education not only from the perspective of the school's promotion, but from the height of the country's construction, the progress of world civilization, as well as the human society's harmony and sustainable development. At the same time, the heritage of the birth consciousness in Zhan Li contains effective educational method, which will provide a bit of inspiration to the practice of the school moral education.
