| As the reform and opening up,there is a huge development of the economic, our country is becoming a modern country which has much richer materia. However, just as a famous American scholar, Alex Ingalls said:"A nation can truly be called a modern country only when its people are modern, its citizens have the modern citizen’s personality from the psychology and behavior,its modern political, economic, and cultural management staff have adapted to modern development of modernity." So, not only the material life is rich but also the mental life especially the modern citizen consciousness reached a high level, our country can truly be the modernizationai country.Teenagers are successors of socialism, their development and improvement of the civic consciousness is not only necessary for their mental health, but also related to the success or failure of the socialist modernization of our country. Public moral consciousness and legal consciousness are the important parts of the citizen consciousness, have long been studied widely in the field of ethics, jurisprudence, ideological and political research, but the research in the field of psychology is not much.In order to know the present situation of the teenager’s civic consciousness and the difference on public moral consciousness and law consciousness in teenagers, analyze the relation between public moral consciousness and law consciousness, this study made civic consciousness questionnaire(this research use the public moral consciousness and law consciousness part) first, after the preliminary survey and change of the first questionnaire,823adolescents come from two high school in tianjin and shandong in the formal testing. Then, for teenagers, such as different age, sex, social background of public moral consciousness and law consciousness of civic consciousness questionnaire scale difference are analyzed, at the same time the relationship between the public moral consciousness and law consciousness has carried on the exploration.At last, the study throw out some suggestions of the education correspondingly.According to the data analysis results, the main conclusions are as follows:1. The legal consciousness is constituted by legal identity, legal interest, legal participation, legal evaluation dimensions; public moral consciousness is constituted by compulsory, civilization, environmental protection, community and public welfare dimension.2. There is a significant differences between dimensions of public welfare of public moral consciousness in grade, grade three is greater than grade one;3. There are significant differences between public morality consciousness and its dimensions, legal consciousness and its dimensions on gender, and girls’ scores were higher than boys’ on each dimension;4. There are significant differences between public morality consciousness and its dimensions of community, environmental protection consciousness in liberal arts; there there are significant differences between legal consciousness and the dimensions of legal identity, students score higher than liberal arts majors;5. There are significant differences between the dimensions of legal participation, legal interest of legal consciousness in different living place;6. There is a significant difference between the dimensions of legal interest of legal consciousness on the one-child, not one-child’s scored higher than the one-child’s;7. There is significant differences between dimensions of obligation consciousness of public morality consciousness exist significant differences in father and mother occupation; legal consciousness of the dimensions of legal interest in significant differences in the father, mother’s education, legal identity dimensions exist significant differences on his father’s career;8. There is a positive correlation between every dimension of public moral consciousness and every dimension of legal consciousness. |
