Research On System Security Of Students Involved In University Management

With the advancement of the process of society democratization, the dominant position of students in universities has received unprecedented attention, and their involvement in university management became an important part of higher education reform. Western countries have enabled university students involved in university management by legislation since 20th century and established complete and mature system. However, the effect of Chinese students involving is not ideal. Students involved in low-level management negatively only in limited range. Therefore, establishing students involved in management is inevitable and necessary.This paper based on a great deal literature,firstly put forward necessity and possibility from points of view of changing of university function, need of democratic society development and conflict of interest. Secondly, it found problems by analyzing actuality of Chinese students involved in management and looked for cause. Thirdly, it drew on beneficial inspiration of western countries which successfully established system of students'involved in management, then concluded commonness between Chinese and western countries.Lastly, this paper brought forward advice of building Chinese students involved in university management in particular aspects:perfecting legislation system, converting idea of university management and improving mechanism of students involvement. And, a particular course was presented in order to reveal successful practice of formulating and actualizing of system of students involved in management and make reflection.
