Research On Security System Of University Students’ Moral Education

The report delivered in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China sticks to the overall layout of "building a socialist cultural power", makes an important arrangement on improving the moral quality of citizens and emphasizes that this is the fundamental task for strengthening socialist morals. Enhancing the ethnical education on university students is an indispensable part of "promoting the connotative development of higher education". The Party and the country have long been attaching great importance to the work of university students’ moral education, therefore, it has made ignorable achievements, but there are still some problems which should be paid enough attention to, this is mainly caused by the absence of strong security system of moral education. According to the above background, this paper uses Basic Principle of Marxism, theory of socialist moral construction in China and theory of the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics as guidelines, combines the actual situations of China’s colleges and universities, studies the connotation and necessity of the security system of university students’ moral education, and analyzes the current situation of the security system. On this basis, this paper comprehensively and systematically discusses how to build a security system for university students’ moral education and offers a series of feasible suggestions for strengthening and improving the security system for university students’ moral education based on the original works of moral education.This paper is divided into four parts. First, it describes the research background of the security system for university students’ moral education, illustrates the purpose and significance of the research, analyzes the current status of the security system for university students’ moral education both in China and other countries, makes a summary of reviews and illustrates this paper’s research approaches and creative points. Then it summarizes relative theories of the security system for university students’ moral education. Besides, this paper also defines the concepts related with the security system for university students’ moral education, expounds the theoretical basis and emphasizes the necessity of building the security system for university students’ moral education in current times, which set a foundation for the expansion of the whole article. Then it comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the security system for university students’ moral education. The current security system has made some achievements but there are still a few problems. The paper deeply analyzes the major causes of these problems, laying a solid foundation for the construction of the security system in the following part. Finally, it put emphasis on the basic idea and path to build the security system for university students’ moral education. It expands its content from the five aspects: establishing-the ideological security system,improving the institutional security system, perfecting the security system for team building,setting the environmental security system and building the security system for assessment.
