A Research On The Employment Security System Of American University Students

The employment problem of college students is a key topic of hot debate in today’s society and if it has been analyzed or resolved so fluently, which has a significant impact on the economy, education, employment, labor market structure and personal survival in our society. China’s civilization of higher education has entered the stage, due to the restriction of many factors, leading to the growing employment pressure with which many university graduates are faced. The priority of resolving this problem is to release the students’difficulty sciencely in employment all over the educational scope and world.It is well known that American higher education has made remarkable achievements, and become the model of higher education around the world. Today American has entered the stage of popularization in higher education, also suffering from college students’difficulty in the employment problem. In this paper, we can describes the history of the security system of American college students employment, and lists the previous experience of the construction of the university students’ employment security system, concludes the associated research achievements in the security system of current university students’ employment and summarizes the research status quo and characteristics. Aiming at the existing problem of university students’ employment, and through the multiple influence factors in employment security system, such as the government, universities, laws and regulations, social intermediary organizations at all levels of society, we can find out the real practical results of the settings, job content and structure, etc, including the employment guidance, entrepreneurship education and so on. Finally we can analyze the whole architecture of security system of university students’ employment, draw lessons from its precious theory and experience, and prospect the future development of security system of university students’ employment as well.
