Since the Reformation and Opening, the economy of our country is developing so fast as to astonish the world. Under this situation, our government put forward an education strategy aimed at the perfection of lifelong education system, the promotion of lifelong learning, the construction of learning-oriented society and gave a push for long-distant learning, which caused the rocketing development of web education colleges. Since 1998 when the pilots of Web Education Colleges were built up, all aspects of web education colleges in our countries have been being improved, meanwhile many problems still exist. This thesis is to give some advices on the reformation of the curricula setting of the web colleges through some researches on the problems in that respect so as to perfect the construction of web education colleges.This thesis, on one hand, analyses the general characters of 68 web education colleges' curricula, and, on the other hand, samples one of the colleges for case study based on the actuality. Through analysis, the author found that the curricula of these colleges just took those of common colleges and universities, lack of subject systems practical and suitable for adult learners. Therefore, this thesis is to construct a set of specialized curricula, clarify the principles of individualized subjects settings, present the thread on individualization of the subjects, and then design the procedures for the realization of the curricula's personalization; based on adult's self-conduction learning theory, learning-oriented theory, lifelong education and learning theory, in combination with the actuality of web education colleges' curricula..Through the analysis on majors of Law and Information Technology's curricula in Web Education College, we can find many problems on curricula:monotonous objectives and teaching planning, unreasonable subject structures, incomplete credit and subject selection systems and that the content of the subjects resembles that in colleges and universities too much. We can put forward the solutions, under the relative theories, referring to the success of opening universities in U.K. To construct working groups in students-oriented way is the precondition of individual curricula. To set the subjects'objects for the demands of the student is the necessity for the social and economic development. The curricula planning under the individualization of view on course would provide the theoretic base for individualized curricula. To adapt the web education's subjects under practicability is the key to the curricula's individualization. To perfect the management of curricula in quality-oriented way would secure the curricula's individualization. To reflect on the curricula according to the feedback would secure the subjects setting.According to the view of education service quality, web education colleges should satisfy the need of learners and social development. Moreover, the education should put more emphasis on the learners'initiative and variety and offer individualized education service so as to build up a personalized subjects system.
