Research On The "Slow Employment" Phenomenon Of College Students From The Perspective Of Individualization

In recent years,the phenomenon of “slow employment” among college students has appeared more and more frequently in public vision.Some people think that this is an irresponsible and unburdened act.Some people think that it is a manifestation of social development and progress,it is good for college students to make better choices.According to above,this study takes the phenomenon of slow employment of college students as the research object,takes the individualization theory as the perspective,and selects five students from undergraduate employment as examples to analyzes the production and process of slow employment,to summarizes the results and characteristics of this phenomenon.Proposing some education countermeasures to promote the slow employment of college students.This study is mainly based on the vertical dimension of event development order.In this study,the author gives a detailed description of the generation,process and result of the slow employment of college students,and analyzes its characteristics,and puts forward some suggestions.Firstly,due to the individualization of Chinese society,social mobility is accelerated and personal identity is recognized was introduced.Moreover,with the rapid development of China's economy,people's material and spiritual life has been greatly enriched,and the mode of occupational survival has also changed a lot.These changes created conditions for the creation of slow employment.Next,according to the characteristics of individualization,this study gives a detailed description of the college students are discontented with the past system,Then they actively overcoming various difficulties and plotting their own development,finally,under the pressure of reality,they fall into the new system dependence.And then,sums up the results brought by the slow employment is institutionalized career mode for the students and bear the risk of life by themselves.It is also pointed out that the free choiceis of slow employment of college students in fact is forced to make and without any reference mode,it is bound from the old system to the new one like educational requirements and employment policies.Finally,it is pointed out that the slow employment of college students is a microcosm of the individualization of Chinese society,and it is a rite of passage for college students.In order to speed up the slow employment and enable college students to integrate into the society as soon as possible,colleges and universities can take measures from the following aspects:first,help students find their own position and establish a scientific concept of employment;second,change the concept of education in the later period of popularization of higher education and improve the students' practical ability;third,actively respond to the national call to cultivate entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability of college students,and promote employment through entrepreneurship.It is hoped that through the detailed description of slow employment,all sectors of the society willhave a comprehensive understanding of it,and work together to improve the employ ability and quality of college students.
