March 2007,Free teacher education in the six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education(MOE)from that school year is pledged by Premier Wen Jiabao in his government work report.lt's a new topic that how to train the free teacher majors so as to achieve the government's original intention of providing outstanding teachers for primary and secondary schools and producing future educators.In the meantime, activated by modern network teaching, the education system for teachers is undergoing tremendous change and development. a new system which is a combination of training and culturing, academic and non-academic teaching, network teaching and traditional educational methods is taking shape. Tuition-free normal college student education should follow this trend and focus on its professional ethics and culture from the teaching experience, integration, after staff pre-training with staff further training, in order to improve the quality of teachers to meet the social development of teacher education's demand.However, by reading literature, field research and interviews, we found that at present, tuition-free normal college student development course still lack of skills and practicing chances, Students in primary and secondary teaching know little about the condition, that form some gaps between the student the colleges offer and the students the schools demand. How to solve these problems? The promotion of the new system comes the most important. Through analysis, the author believes that:E-Portfolio could be used in the guiding for tuition-free normal college student and the supporting the performance rating simultanously which leads to achieve continual process of reflection and lifelong learning, to promote their professional development with significance.In this paper, literature review and empirical investigation based on the first integration of the concept of teachers'education, a thorough analysis was conducted for E-Portfolio features as well as their supporting role in the integration of teachers'education, then a questionnaire survey was conducted for tuition-free normal college student and the existing problems were founded meanwhile recommend countermeasures were brought too.Then, the author selected Chengdu W Secondary School.By field research, interviews and other ways, the author found the problems met by the new teachers and the current problems in schools on the new training model for teachers. Finally, through pre-training, analysis and reflection, the author designed an E-Portfolio which is a integration of education to support the tuition-free normal college students'skill training, at the same time, the author expanded the function of E-Portfolio.
