A Study On Erroneous Zones And Strategies Of College Stuents' People-Centred Management

In recent years,"Putting People First",as the core idea of the "Scientific Outlook on Development", has been widely used in the various areas of social management and development. It requires the supervisor to change from the "management" to "service", fully respect the subjective status of supervisees, and try to build up the relaxed, harmonious, equal and democratic atmosphere in their work and lives. In the area of college students' management, it also has been accepted and put into practice as widely as possible. The student supervisor makes good use of it to establish the "harmonios campus",meanwhile to evaluate the effect and result of students' management.However, seeing the relative studies, we find that most scholars still think that the current college student management has many problems, so the traditional students'management is severely criticized even negated, and then, the mode of "people-centred management" is strongly canonized through its necessity, importance and feasibility, But on the other hand, this pattern of management still has some erroneous zones in the course of its pratice, which cased by the superficial understanding of its meanings, and simple use of it in the management, for example, just relying on the human care,ignoreing the system constraint, leaving the students alone, lack of effective supervision and evaluation, pursuing the short-term effects, etc. so this mode just remains in the manager's mouth or on paper, will not get good effect.In order to step out of the srroneous zone from the college stuents'people-centred management, the study firstly deeply analyses the connotation and characteristics of some concepts, and then links to the current situation of college students'management, finally sums up the causes and puts forward some strategies, aiming to improve the college students'management levels.
