"Revitalization of the nation’s hope lies in education, the hope of revitalizing education lies in teachers". How in the new era and in a new educational environment to inspire teachers’ initiatives, enthusiasm and creativity, and also to adapt to the requirements of the new era has become the most concern for education workers. With people’s requirement for education increasing, the preschool education has gained more and more attention, and accordingly problems are exposed one after another. Rigid teaching methods and inflexible teachers’ management system not only affect nurturing young children but also cast a shadow over the entire development of preschool education.At present, although the kindergarten teacher’s "people-oriented" management thinking has seized the attention of some scholars and education workers, research is still at the preliminary stage. The kindergarten teachers "people-oriented" management thinking research is not sufficient with little empirical research. As the education workers to changchun NaGuanOu five kindergarten as the research object of investigation and study, analysis the problems and causes of preschool teachers’ humanistic management, and in view of the problem put forward the countermeasure suggestion, serve as a reference for kindergarten teachers’ humanistic management optimization.This study used observation, interview and questionnaire study of the "people-oriented" management thinking in the application of the kindergarten teachers, and the following conclusions drawn from the analysis. First, Changchun City, South Gate area of kindergarten teachers for the "people-oriented" management thinking low awareness level, awareness level is still at the surface, there are some misunderstandings and misconceptions related to the spread of knowledge need. Nursery management personnel for the "people-oriented" management thinking is still punishable by implementing its infancy, many requirements are not achieved; Second, teachers administrators satisfaction is not high, the heart level managers lack of attention to teachers, and attention to the interests of teachers respect is not enough. Also, teachers have expectations for people management, but the current situation is very dissatisfied; Third, the teachers themselves for the "people-oriented" management thinking has a strong sense of autonomy, teachers themselves for the "people-oriented" management thinking there is a strong sense of democracy. and rights awareness, even if teachers have a strong interest in consciousness and awareness of democracy under, but the action is still lacking the courage to fight; Fourth, kindergarten internal relationships are not friendly, and only a few teachers think and colleagues happy together. Mutual trust can be difficult to find friends among teachers. The cause of interpersonal tension is not perfect teacher evaluation system and job classification system.
