Chinese University Volleyball Association Constraints Of Sustainable Development And Countermeasures

CUVA (Chinese university volleyball association) is related to economic, cultural, educational and other social activities in many fields, CUVA's sustainable development is a complicated systematic project. The purpose of holding Chinese Volleyball League is to adapt to the new situation that the Ministry of Education and the State Sport General Administration of school physical education requirements. As a new event, there are many problems about the volleyball league. This paper mainly studied association organization and management, reserve forces training and competition system arrangements which have a far-reaching implications on the CUVA. At this stage, the Chinese college volleyball association is over-dependence on government-based management model on organization and management, university sports association and the volleyball branch don't play an important role. Therefore,the organization is not perfect, and the corresponding operating mechanisms have not been established, and the propaganda is not enough; the recruiting system is not strict and coaches and training system has not yet set up in building the laws and regulations. The process in the Reserve Force admitted the existence of narrow channels of high level athletes,and athletes of the traditional training model still possesses the major,and the proportion of single-channel train coaches and other issues arised in the process of training of reserve forces; There are two issues, colleges and universities participate in the competition matches played little active participation not high in game system arrangements. Compared with college basketball league, we still have significant gaps. For the purpose that CUVA will have a healthy, sustainable development, sustainable development, its impact constraints to establish a sound management system, train coaches, improve the level of college volleyball, college athletes to enhance team-building to address the contradiction between learning and training, increase capital investment, sponsorship, playing the role of the news media related countermeasures. All what we do are to promote and facilitate our students Volleyball sustained, healthy and stable development effectively in this new century. At the same time, to a certain extent,we can provide a basis for decision making to the relevant managers.
