The years training of athletic volleyball players is a cyclical long, phased characteristic obvious process. It is a huge system which contains many interrelated component.2006-2007, China's ministry of education undergraduate sports association secretariat contest department prepared and held the first university students volleyball league matches, its core will be held on the traditional personnel conveying system changes, and it is to reform and improvement of the existing format. The writer analyzed the affective factors for Shandong province CUVA women volleyball team's systemic training based on summarizing the successful experiences since the excellent teams been founded, affective factors that it is realistically significative for guiding scientific training and is significative for long-term containable development.This paper investigates 4 colleges of Shandong Province about their women volleyball team training actuality by adopting literature material method, questionnaire survey, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and so on. Thorough it screen out the typical indicators which affect the training of Shandong CUVA women volleyball team, and analyze the existing problems, the factors which influence its development, and the future development countermeasures. Research conclusions are as follows:1 The value orientation and motivation of the athletes to participate in training is clear; most athletes training hard and can actively complete coaches'assigned tasks. Before admission the athletes'grades are not ideal, their learning enthusiasm is not high and they can't make full use of their study time.2 The coach on the competitive ability training is reasonable, but there exist bias when they formulate training programs, they pay more attention to lesson training plan, annual training plan and stage training program, but ignoring many years training plans and weeks of training plans.3 The training funds are inadequacy; the sources of funds are single and can not satisfy the need of training games. In addition, the athletes' training subsidy is relatively rare. The venue facilities can basically meet the need of training and competition, but part of the schools appears sports resources nervous.4 Volleyball influences in some colleges and universities are tall and the attention to match is high, but to the volleyball players'system training attention in general The following recommendations:1. Resolve the conflict between study and training correctly, prolong the athletes'training time, and improve their learning positivity and efficiency.2. The coach should make scientific and reasonable training plan according to each athlete's characteristic. And rationally adjust the relationship between team played in the CUVA game and the training system. 3. Broaden the sources of college women volleyball teams'finance and run the college women volleyball team commercially, collect money for matches and training by different ways, thus meet athletes'requirements of match and training as much as possible.4. Carry out friendly, invitational tournaments between universities, organize the high-level athletes and the ordinary university students'interaction, cultivate students' interests and the participation, and improve identities, trying to create a good atmosphere, then improving the enthusiasm of their systematic training.
