In recent years, with the enrollment of all colleges and universities, sports science graduate students are also dramatics increasing, Hence, the quality and employment status have aroused the mass's concern. As the highest institution of the sports sector, Beijing Sports University should take positive and effective measures to deal with these problems.In this paper, we adopt literature methods, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews and mathematical statistics to conduct the status of volleyball postgraduate's special education ability in Beijing Sports University. Based on the designed investigate named " Survey Questionnaire on Special Teaching Ability of Beijing Sports University's Volleyball Master ", we will link the results and master's training plan in order to identify the cause and effect relationship. What's more, positive and effective measures will be taken to give a hand. Conclusions will be listed as follows:1) Our school's volleyball recruit postgraduates theoretical level, cultural enrichment is relatively high, but lower level of skills. In the face of severe employment situation, our school's volleyball Masters are generally have a positive attitude, but still does not open up career ideas with limiting to colleges and universities.2) Volleyball teaching ability, including the ability to develop teaching documents, teaching organization and implementation capacity, teaching innovation, teaching effectiveness evaluation capacity, volleyball contest organization and Referees.3) In the process of postgraduates'training, the special theory courses can be meet to the training needs of graduate students, but be short of special skills and tactics abilities. 4) According to the ability to develop teaching documents, there is a achievement of teacher's guidance rather than specific training courses and uniform assessment. For the syllabus, teaching schedule, class lesson plans my school volleyball master mastery level varies.5) There are less arrangements to the training of postgraduates' teaching practice, and it is hard to satisfy the need.6) There is a lake of guidance, supervision and practice in the postgraduates'training of innovation. And graduate students did not play a multi-disciplinary knowledge and advantages for innovative attempt.7) A simple method of evaluation shows a relative weak training of teaching effectiveness evaluation capacity.
