With the increasing number of college graduates and the social competition becomes more fierce,the current employment situation is becoming more and more serious,moreover,the sport major is classified as a culture with high jobless rate,low employment rate,unpleasant salary and low job satisfaction.Physical education major is a main part of college sport majors that is for sports talent cultivation,but the employment situation is also not optimistic.At the same time,the graduates of volleyball major belonging to physical education are facing the more and more serious social competition,too.With the popularization of national fitness and healthy construction in China,the volleyball graduates face many challenges of employment,but the employment space for them appears more extensive at the same time,and they have more much job choices.Therefor,high requirement is put forward to graduates’ quality.Taking the Chengdu Sport Institute as an example,by analyzing the employment feedback sources of the special graduates of the volleyball specialization of physical education,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the students’ ability training orientation,curriculum setting,teaching arrangement and employment guidance,and let the non-graduation volleyball special students have a more comprehensive understanding of employment intentions,employment issues and employability.Taking Chengdu sport Institute for example and using the literature,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics to analysis feedback information from graduates of volleyball major logically,including the situation of employment,professional employment,ability of special employment and professional evaluation of professional and special talents,the results show that: 1."Professional ability" is weakened,and graduates of volleyball major aren’t good at sports researching,writing,foreign language,practical operation,finding and solving problems,planning tournament and organizing competitions.2.Volleyball major graduates are lack of the ability of passing balls,smashing technique and defensive tactics with no one or single or multiple persons before the net;according to the syllabus and progress to develop the corresponding Of the teaching plan,lesson plans writing,for the volleyball tactics teaching methods designed to study the existence of short board,volleyball special skills to use poor ability.3.Volleyball major graduates of physical education major have poor knowledge of the sports psychology,sports training,physical training methods,adolescent physical training and other relative courses and they are not good at applying what they get resulting that learning is divorced from applying and teaching evaluation can not be completely using on the assessment and evaluation of students’ ability.4.The curriculum of physical education is not comprehensive enough to consider the characteristics of the talent needed in the job market,and the curriculum of related disciplines is not reasonable.Moreover,the planing of training and practice of teaching volleyball special,curriculum provision for college physical education teachers’ training and innovation courses is not enough.5.The lack of professional training based on characteristics of major for getting a job,volleyball students can not get a special guidance and training of employment situation,so that they can not improve employment awareness and employment ability fundamentally.
