The Survey On Working Status Of Coaching Staff Of University Volleyball Teams In Beijing

The practice of sports training indicates that the coaching level has great relationship with the level of competitive sports. As in the whole complex system of the sports training, the coaches play a leading role. Therefore, the coaches of elite athletes are generally called "designer", "sculptor" of world champion in the sports circle at home and abroad.. As Yuan Weimin pointed out, the key of sports level is the coach. Only when a coach is proficient at his business, determined to improve skills, and good at management, can he have good athletes and a good team. In the year of 1987, China began to have high level sports teams in universities. For the past 20 years, there have been increasing sports teams at all levels in Chinese universities, which play a vital role in higher education. And the teaching level of coaching staff has a great effect on the development of competitive sports in universities.With literature review, surveys, interviews and questionnaires, the thesis makes a full analysis of teaching level of the university volleyball coaching staff in Beijing, based on the age, educational background, qualification and coaching level of the staff. The thesis provides good ways to enhance teaching level of the coaches and improve the record of the team.The research shows that:(1) The structure of Beijing University volleyball team coaches is reasonable. Compared with the professional team coaches, they lack professional sports experience and teaching experience;(2) Beijing University volleyball team coaches are able to make developing training programs for the team, according to the actual situation; the development of training programs can focus on the restoration process control and training; the majority of coaches have been introduced in a variety of psychological training, smart training and recovery training means;(3) The main motivation of Beijing University's volleyball team coach is to train outstanding college volleyball player, exercise and improve their teaching level. The sports teams pay attention to the ideological education of the team work and develop the game management system and training system; reward system has not yet been established in part of Beijing University volleyball team coaches;(4) Coach's training system in Beijing University volleyball team is still not perfect, which lacks of the system of protection. This leads to a big gap between university in the training of coaches, what's worse, a small number of colleges and universities did not provide training opportunities for coaches and related expenses.
